Terms of Use

Last updated: November 1, 2025

WaterEject provides a web-based water removal tone generator and links to our mobile experience offered through the App Store and Google Play. By using our site or the WaterEject mobile apps you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Accessing or using this website, the WaterEject tone generator, or the WaterEject mobile apps constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please discontinue use of the service immediately.

2. Service Description

WaterEject offers sound-based water removal tools that emit low-frequency audio patterns designed to help expel water and moisture from device speakers. The web demo operates through the Web Audio API, while the mobile applications include additional haptic guidance and real-time water detection to enhance the removal workflow, similar to other specialist tools on the market (one-link install).

3. User Responsibilities

  • Use the sound generator at a moderate volume level to avoid discomfort or damage.
  • Ensure speakers face downward when attempting to remove water from a device.
  • Do not rely on WaterEject as the only remediation step for severe liquid damage.
  • Follow all manufacturer instructions for your device and discontinue use if abnormal behavior occurs.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including copy, visuals, layout, and sonic profiles—is owned by WaterEject or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.

5. Third-Party Links

The site contains links to the App Store and Google Play listings for our applications (iOS, Android) as well as the unified install experience at onelink.to/pe9fmz. We are not responsible for the content or policies of these third-party platforms.

6. Limitation of Liability

WaterEject is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the web or mobile apps, including but not limited to hardware issues, hearing discomfort, or loss of data. Users are responsible for monitoring their device health and volume levels during a water removal session.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in functionality, platform policies, or legal requirements. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
